Even though Maureen devotes her time in Etobicoke and surrounding areas she also is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) where she is one of the elite real estate professionals worldwide, (one of 2,500) and has had specialized training to complete international transactions. These transactions are significantly more complex ranging from currency issues, financing, visa’s and tax laws. As a CIPS designee, Maureen will be able to provide you with the trusted resources for not only navigating the Domestic market but also the International market.
Maureen also has the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. As a real estate professional it’s important to stay ahead of the industry that is in a constant state of evolution and change. Theses designations are awarded to real estate practitioners by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
